Assigned Appointments — what it is

A booked meeting is the most valuable thing a salesperson carries — and the easiest to fumble when it lives across a calendar, an inbox, and a memory. The Appointments tab of your Assigned To Me is where every meeting a manager has put on your calendar lands, laid out so you walk in prepared.

Assigned appointments: restaurant, date & time, in-person or phone, who to ask for, and the address — with who assigned it. (Made-up restaurants shown.)

Each row is one meeting: the restaurant, the date and time, whether it’s in-person or a phone call, who to ask for by name, and the address to drive to — plus the manager who assigned it. Open → jumps straight to that lead’s Call Sheet with the full briefing attached, so there’s no re-typing an address into a maps app and no hunting for the owner’s name five minutes before you knock.

This is where a booked meeting becomes a kept meeting. Your week of appointments lives in the app, already prepped and in order — not scattered across three places where one of them is bound to be forgotten.
