Assigned Call Lists — what it is

Sometimes the unit of work isn’t a single lead — it’s an entire list. This tab hands a rep a whole campaign to own, end to end.

Assigned call lists: name, territory and size, and live progress — so a rep picks up a campaign mid-stream. (Made-up restaurants shown.)

Each row shows the list’s name, its territory and size, and how far along it is — “186 leads · 42 worked · 6 appts” — so a rep picks up a campaign already in motion and knows exactly where it stands. Open → drops them into the Restaurant Call List filtered to that set, ready to work straight down.

This is how a territory or a themed push — downtown independents, westside bars & nightlife — gets owned by one person, with the progress numbers keeping everyone honest about what’s left. Assign the list once; the rep runs it to zero.
