Staff Management — what it is

Everything about who can do what, in a single table. This is where an owner runs the team’s access — onboarding a new rep, changing a role, or cutting off a departing one.

Add reps, set roles, reset passwords, set a recovery question, remove accounts. (Made-up restaurants shown.)

Each row is a team member with an editable email, a role (User, Manager, or Admin), when they were added, and one-tap actions to reset a password or set a security question so the rep can recover their own login. Add user onboards someone in seconds; Remove user revokes access cleanly.

Roles here are about focus, not red tape: a User gets the calling screens and their own assigned work; a Manager also gets team reports and territory assignment; an Admin gets everything, including this page. Each person opens the app to exactly the job they do — nothing extra to wade through.

Feature guide — the screen shown is a faithful mock-up with made-up restaurants and reps (no client data). How the underlying data is gathered and kept current is Edgebrook’s proprietary process, intentionally not detailed here.
